eTwinning Quality Label Awarded to the Erasmus+ Project

Cristina Nunes (Grouping of Schools of Seia), Congratulations! She was awarded the Quality Label by the project 'Activity & Eating: Small Steps to Healthier You' Erasmus + PROJECT ID 2015-1-PL01-KA219-016519_1. Your application for the National eTwinning Quality Label deserved our best attention. Their work was assessed according to the criteria defined by the Central Support Service, common to all European countries. Many congratulations to the theme of the project and work developed! Erasmus + project, developed between 2015 and 2017, with 5 participating countries, focusing on the importance of developing good eating habits, physical and mental health, with secondary and professional students. It highlights the diversity of healthy activities proposed and developed by the students (they made posters, healthy recipes, choreographies, games, contests, visits, tours, ...). Very interesting is the proposal of monthly activities of awareness and action for the prevention of the problems associated with the project theme. The Project is very well organized in Twinspace and with very good participation of partners in the proposed activities (students and teachers). They have made good use of discussion forums for student participation. The resources developed are organized by the face-to-face meetings of mobility between the partnerships with the presentation of intermediate products. There was a concern in evaluating the project through the intermediate questionnaires proposed to students and teachers. congratulations to all the teachers and students involved, due to the pertinence of the project theme and the diversity of activities.

The first Day of Spring in Trzebinia in Poland

LIVE TASTY and HEALTHY- PARTY AND SNACK MINDFULLY

(Żyj Smacznie I Zdrowo- Imprezuj I Podjadaj z Głową).

The first Day of Spring we traditionally celebrated under a healthy banner :)
Each class took part in a variety of activities that promote the main goals of a school programme LIVE TASTY and HEALTHY (Żyj Smacznie I Zdrowo). Additionally, students of our school took part in the contest TASTY and HEALTHY MEAL- GOOD ENERGY. Our school won the FIRST PRIZE  and got a voucher for sport facilities. Bearing in mind that we should make most of our life, all the tasks encourage students to the healthy lifestyle. Students were to prepare healthy snacks and drinks, providing for their nutrition aspects. The experience gained during ERASMUS+ fulfillment resulted in a variety of good ideas for healthy snacks and life. The booklet of the project Activity and Eating- Small Steps to a Healthier You was a great source of information for students who had to do a crossword on healthy life. A dance workshop was surely the most energetic part of the day. Dancing is an activity adored by most of us, no questions. Some sport activities solved who the winner of the day was. A prize, The Dog Day, was an award for the best ones. You don’t have to be a professional sportsman to stay fit and fresh. Find your individual way of being active.
